1. Homemade Products
All our products are made in a home kitchen, not subject to commercial food regulations. While we follow strict hygiene practices, cross-contamination with common allergens (such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs) may occur.
2. Ingredients & Health Advisory
Our cakes and desserts are made with alternative, high-protein, and lower-sugar ingredients to support a healthier lifestyle. Some key ingredients include:
✅ Alternative Flours: Almond flour, coconut flour, oat flour, or other gluten-free options.
✅ Protein Sources: Whey protein, plant-based protein, and Greek yogurt.
✅ Natural Sweeteners: Erythritol, monk fruit, and other sugar substitutes.
⚠ Erythritol Warning: Excessive consumption may cause digestive discomfort in some individuals. Please consume in moderation.
⚠ Protein & Alternative Flours: Some people may have sensitivities to alternative ingredients. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, consult a healthcare professional before consuming.

3. Ordering & Payments
Orders must be placed at least [3] days in advance to ensure availability.
Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
We accept payments via Paypal, Credita card.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Order cancellations must be made at least [48] hours in advance. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Pickup & Delivery
We offer pickup from our store and delivery within  Miami Area. Delivery fees may apply.
Once a product is picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling or storage.
6. Storage & Shelf Life
Our cakes and desserts are made without preservatives. They should be refrigerated and consumed within [3] days for optimal freshness.
Some frostings and cakes may soften at room temperature, so please store accordingly.
7. Liability Disclaimer
